  • Fusing: 201 (2013, Delphi Creative Center ) – Add more fusing experience while becoming more familiar with various kilns and controllers. Learn to program out most popular kilns’ digital controller.  Create your own projects while learning how to develop the appropriate firing schedules. Students will have an opportunity to work with mica powders, decals, metal inclusions and other decorative fusing elements. Delphi will supply a selection of molds for class use. Students must have previous experience, such as a beginning fusing class. (workshop)
  • Beginning Sandblasting (2010, Delphi Creative Center) – Set-up, use of equipment and sandblast cabinet maintenance. Cut two stencils from stencil design books and learn how to surface etch on cathedral glass and on flashed glass. (workshop)
  • Fuse Glass Gems (2008, Delphi Creative Center) – Basics of glass fusing. Topics include glass compatibility, firing schedules, annealing and more. Work with frits, glass rods, dichroic glass, fusing decals and fine silver wire. After fusing, learn finishing techniques including working with a jewelry bit to get your pieces ready for wire wrapping. (2 sessions)
  • Kiln Formed Bracelets (2008, Delphi Creative Center) – Learn to shape glass around a mold in the kiln. (workshop)
  • Mosaic Home Decor (2008, Delphi Creative Center) – Learn cutting techniques, gluing and grout application, plus tips on designing and modifying patterns. (workshop)
